Services & Spectacles Care


	We will replace screws and nosepads at no charge for the life of the spectacles.			Clean your frame & lenses regularly by rinsing under warm water or using recommended cleaning spray.
	If you lose a screw, please come see us for a replacement. Repair kits often do not contain the correct size screws, and inserting these screws can damage your frame.			Never use super glue on your frame or lenses. These glues can damage frames and destroy lenses, destroying your eyewear. Damage from super glue cannot be repaired and voids your warranty.
	Use a clean soft cloth to dry your lenses. It’s best not to use paper towels or tissues, as these products can scratch your lenses.			Do not use household cleaners or soaps containing lotion or abrasives.

Crooked Frames		Repairs & Other Trouble
If your frame isn’t fitting properly, is crooked, loose, tight, sliding down your nose or pinching behind your ears, please bring it back to us for adjustments. Many frames are easily damaged by bending them the wrong way. Drill mounted or rimless frames require specialized tools for adjustments. We’re always happy to help.		If you have broken spectacles, bring them in and let us have a look. We’ll attempt to repair almost anything. If you’re having other problems with your glasses, we’ll be happy to evaluate them, no matter where you purchased them.
