Michael and Kira Connally opened Spectacles West in February 2012 with the goal of providing superior selection and service in eyeglasses to the people of Weatherford, Texas.

 

Michael has a background in engineering, training, and sales, and Kira is an ABO Certified optician who has worked across the retail optical and private optometry practice management field since 1998.

 

We've grown along the way and now have an experienced staff to help us meet your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs.

You can usually find our lab optician, Jessica, behind the window making your eyeglasses, while out front Crystal, Gayla, and Abby are experts in selecting and fitting new eyewear. Be assured they will always give you an honest opinion. 

 

Have a tough repair? Michael is almost always right there with a screwdriver or a soldering torch.

 

Kira usually brings Magnus (our mascot) on Saturday afternoons to greet you!
